The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 25 October 2017 in the upstairs function room at Dylans on the Terrace, Stirling Terrace starting at 6pm.
A light supper will follow. For catering purposes can you please advise how many club members will be attending the AGM by 11 October.
Any agenda items for this coming AGM need to be received by 10 October. The Agenda will be emailed on 11 October. Club representatives have been emailed the minutes from the 2016 AGM.
All positions will be declared vacant.
Written applications for honorarium positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Association Umpire Development Officer and Office Managers are due by 11 Oct.
Written nominations for other Executive Positions can be emailed or called from the floor at the AGM.
All portfolio nominations for 2018 due by 11 Oct. Updated Portfolio information will be emailed out to Clubs after 29 September.
